ORIGIN OF THE PROJECT
During a stay in an alpine chalet in Gruyère in 2014, I had the opportunity to discover the secrets of making alpine cheeses, such as Gruyère AOP and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP. It was a true revelation: my passion for fondue was born! Driven by this love of local produce, I founded A L'ALPAGE, a company specializing in fondue and raclette catering services. On November 25, 2025, I will be delighted to unveil my new project: the SWISS BOX FONDUE. An innovative fondue bag, designed to share this gourmet pleasure wherever you are.
